Shipping
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order. Delivery charges may vary depending on your location.
- Shipping Time: We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day after payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service used and your location.
- Delays: If your order is unable to be dispatched within 2 business days, you will be notified by email and given the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Multiple Shipments: If some of the items you have ordered are temporarily unavailable or backordered we may send your order in multiple shipments at no extra cost to you.
- Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held liable for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect information provided.
- Rural Delivery: If your delivery address is in a rural delivery zone, please be sure to choose the appropriate shipping option when checking out. if you do not, we may cancel your order.
- Pick up: Pick up is available in Levin. Please contact us to book a time after you place your order.
We only ship within New Zealand.
Shipping Discounts
Discounts on shipping are given when purchasing certain amounts of spools in an order.
If the discount is greater than the shipping cost, the shipping charged will be $0 and no further discount will be given.
