PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) Reinforced with ~10% carbon fiber.
It has high temperature resistance, low moisture absorption, chemical resistance and flame retardancy.
3D models printed with this material have excellent rigidity and strength, with a heat
deformation temperature as high as 245°C*, and a long-term continuous use temperature of
220°C*.
* To achieve high temperature resistance the parts must be annealed after printing.
A heated chamber is required.
Air filtering and/or ventilation is required.
PPS CF is sensitive to moisture. If you are experiencing excessive stringing or poor surface quality, dry the filament at 90℃~100℃ for 12 hours
Please use appropriate PPE when handling and processing prints containing Carbon Fiber.
